"I took a leap of faith and it paid off": Neil Steyn, Super Yacht Chef
By 21 years old, Neil Steyn was a chef in a Gordon Ramsey Michelin Star Restaurant with the culinary world seemingly at his feet. Fast forward 5 years and he took a big leap of faith by moving to a new 3-Star establishment in California and gaining more incredible experiences in the heat of an elite level kitchen. He had worked long hours in some of the most intense kitchen environments possible and was still only in his twenties.
Fast forward again and Neil now finds himself spending 6 months a year in health and fitness retreats in whichever country he fancies settling in during his time off. A few years ago he had taken yet another huge leap of faith and left the stable but cutthroat world of restaurant cheffing behind and became a private chef on Superyachts.
